Welcome to Scoredle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scoredle website at scoredle.fun and the Scoredle mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Scoredle is a free-to-play daily football quiz platform featuring five game modes focused on the English Premier League. The Service provides daily quizzes that reset each day, tracking scores and progress locally on your device. Scoredle is available as a web application and a mobile application for Android devices.
By using Scoredle, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Scoredle does not require account registration. All game data, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device using local storage technology. We do not collect, store, or manage user credentials, email addresses, or other personal account information. As a result, game progress cannot be transferred between devices or recovered if local storage is cleared.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the quiz questions, game mechanics, scoring systems, visual design, logos, text, graphics, and software code — are the exclusive property of Scoredle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Player names, team names, competition names, and associated statistics referenced within the quizzes are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes under fair use principles. Scoredle does not claim ownership over third-party trademarks or factual data.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Scoredle strives for accuracy in all quiz data, including player statistics, career histories, match lineups, and record lists. However, we provide this content on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee that every data point is free from error. Football statistics can vary between sources, and historical records may be subject to revision. If you believe you have found an inaccuracy, please contact us at scoredlefun@gmail.com so we can review and correct it.
The web version of Scoredle displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help us keep the Service free for all users. By using the web version, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that Google may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with ad serving, as described in our Privacy Policy. The mobile application does not currently contain advertisements.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Scoredle. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scoredle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which in the case of a free service is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scoredle, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Since all data is stored locally on your device, termination of access does not result in deletion of your local data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
